What does the term ‘OEM’ mean?
An OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) is a company that builds a product that it sells under its own company name and brand. (Brother, Canon, Lexmark, HP, and Xerox).
What is a compatible cartridge?
Compatible simply means that though the product is not necessarily original, it will still function the same as the original. Compatible cartridges may contain 100% new
components or new and remanufactured components. Each cartridge is rigorously tested prior to packaging.
What is a remanufactured cartridge?
A remanufactured cartridge is a cartridge that has been manufactured from new and recycled components. It has been built to OEM specifications. Many OEM cartridges actually
contain recycled materials. It even states this on their packaging. Not all cartridges are made the same - why is the price so low?
Do compatible or remanufactured cartridges last as long as OEM's?
All Integrity Printer Services Laser Cartridges are built to OEM specifications. They are guaranteed to perform as well as the original. Any laser cartridge that is not expertly built by
us is outsourced by major remanufacturing corporations. They are held to strict quality standards and guidelines.
Will a remanufactured cartridge void my machine’s warranty?
No! Your manufacturer cannot void your machine’s warranty for using cartridges other than the OEM's. However, if you have a service contract, the vendor may insist that you use
their specific cartridges.
What is a virgin cartridge?
It is a used cartridge that has been run through one original cycle. We rebuild our cartridges with empty virgin cores or empty cores that have been previously rebuilt by us.
Can I recycle my empty cartridges and help to save our environment?
Yes! By recycling toner cartridges you can eliminate approximately 3 pounds of waste from entering landfills per toner cartridge. Integrity Printer Services will customize a recycling
program that works for you and for your office environment and your recycling needs.
What happens if my cartridge does not work?
Integrity Printer Services’ quality compatible toner cartridges have a less than 1% defective rate.
However, defects are inevitable, (even the OEM cartridges can fail). Please contact us so that we can make arrangements to inspect, test and review your claim.
Does a compatible cartridge achieve the same page yield as an OEM?
When using a Quality Compatible toner cartridge purchased from Integrity Printer Services), your toner yield will either meet or exceed the page yield as the OEM toner cartridge.
ALL cartridges are rated at 5% page coverage; your specific page yield will be affected by variances in print coverage. Ask Integrity Printer Services for page coverage examples.
